These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Neurodevelopmental disorder clinic services provided by Beyond Clinics in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
1. Services Provided
a. Beyond Clinics offers assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and support services for individuals with Neurodevelopmental disorders.
b. The services provided by the Clinic may include, but are not limited to, medical consultations, psychological assessments, therapy sessions, medication management, educational support, and behavioural interventions.
2. Eligibility and Consent
a. To use the Clinic's services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
b. In the event that an individual is not 18 and does not have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, our decision to assess and treat outside of the defined parameters in clause 2 a. will be taken with the agreement of our Clinical and Medical Directors.
c. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy
a. Beyond Clinics respects your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
b. Confidentiality is maintained within the legal and ethical boundaries, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or when there is a potential risk to your safety or the safety of others.
4. Fees and Payment
a. The Clinic's services are subject to fees as outlined in our Consent to Assesment and Consent to treatment documents, which may be updated from time to time.
5. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you cannot attend an appointment, please advise our Customer Service Team at least 48 hours before your appointment by telephoning 0161 509 9555. Messages via email and other channels are not a valid form of communication.
A cancellation within 48hours of the appointment may incur a charge and rebooking cost.
6. Medication
All medication options will be explained to you, should you be diagnosed with ADHD and decide to take up our medication care plan. As part of your medication care plan, our partner pharmacy will deliver your prescription medication to your home or registered address. Due to the legislative and regulatory requirements for the safe handling of prescriptive medication, no prescription medication can be returned once purchased.
7. Limitation of Liability
a. The Clinic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
b. The Clinic's liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services provided.
8. Intellectual Property
a. All intellectual property rights associated with the Clinic's services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, belong to the Clinic or its licensors.
b. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Clinic's intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Modifications to the Agreement
a. The Clinic reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
b. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
