ADHD assessments with care and understanding.

Every person’s experience is unique, and we believe your assessment should reflect that. Our clinicians take a compassionate, detailed approach, exploring your history, strengths, and challenges to build a fuller picture of your experiences.

Your specialist will guide you through a structured assessment process, bringing together a range of information to help you gain clarity and confidence about your next steps. Throughout the journey, you’ll be supported with thoughtful explanations and guidance tailored to your needs.

Our Approach to ADHD Assessment

We take a careful, comprehensive approach to every ADHD assessment. Our experienced clinicians spend time getting to know you, your story, and how your experiences have shaped different areas of your life.

Difficulties with focus, organisation or restlessness can touch many parts of life — from learning and work to family life and relationships. That’s why we prioritise timely access to assessment, so you can begin to gain clarity and understanding without unnecessary delay.

Throughout the process, we’ll gently gather information about your background, day-to-day experiences and any key events that feel important to you. Where relevant, we may also review any previous assessments or support you’ve received in the past.

By building a rounded picture of your unique circumstances, we’re able to offer clear feedback and thoughtful guidance about possible next steps, always tailored to your needs and preferences.

Why Beyond?

Why we're different

Online or in-clinic support in a way that works for you

You can choose to have your assessment online from the comfort of your own home, or visit us at our welcoming clinic in Warrington. Whichever you choose, you’ll receive the same high standard of care, attention, and access to our specialist clinical team.

Built from real experience

Beyond was created by people who have personally navigated the challenges surrounding ADHD. We understand how important it is to feel heard, supported, and treated with kindness. This lived experience shapes everything we do — from the time we give each person, to the way we explain things, to how we support you after your assessment.

A thoughtful and thorough assessment process

Many of us found that traditional assessment pathways didn’t offer the depth, time, or understanding we needed. That’s why we’ve developed a process that is more detailed, more reflective, and more focused on understanding the whole person. We take the time to explore your experiences fully, so you feel the process has truly captured your story.

Support Beyond the assessment

Once your assessment is complete, we continue to offer guidance to help you understand your report and explore what practical support may be helpful in school, work, or everyday life. Our team ensures you feel informed, reassured, and confident about the steps ahead.

“Omg, I don’t know where I would be without beyond, my son had been on the waiting list with camhs since 2019, beyond confirmed what we already knew in a matter of weeks and now my son is getting the support he has deserved all along, there’s still along way to go but with beyond I know I’m not on my own and have felt that way for such a long time, the team is so professional, and friendly, so happy I chose to do this. Thanks so much for everything words can’t express the help and support you have provided.”

“From start to finish everyone has been lovely. I felt listened to and the whole process has been smooth. On the basis of my experience I would recommend them. Yes it’s expensive but the benefits of being on meds for me have been massive already. I feel I have a life back. I’m able to function better at work and my increased hours and productivity have paid for the initial expense.”

The assessments are very comprehensive and I've had such joy getting to know the team. I'm due to start my treatment plan with them now and I can't wait for my life to change. 10/10 recommend Beyond 👌 You changed my life, the least I can do is leave a review so that it may help you change someone else's.”
